1. Payment Policy Stall allotment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. All stall charges are subject to 18% GST, as applicable. Payments will be accepted only through the official payment methods/accounts communicated by Daawat-e-Ramzaan Management. A stall blocked or selected without completion of payment will not be considered confirmed. Stall possession and participation rights will be provided only after all applicable dues have been cleared. Payments must be made directly to Daawat-e-Ramzaan Management. Vendors should not make payments to any unauthorized third party. Stall bookings are non-transferable. Resale, transfer or subletting of a confirmed stall is strictly prohibited. This is also reflected in the existing vendor contract.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy All cancellation requests must be submitted to Daawat-e-Ramzaan Management in writing. Cancellations made on or before 1st February will be eligible for a 75% refund of the stall booking amount. No refund will be provided for cancellations made after 1st February. GST, payment gateway charges, transaction charges or other applicable administrative charges, where already incurred, are non-refundable. Failure to occupy the allotted stall, withdrawal from participation, or a no-show will not be eligible for any refund. If a vendor's participation is cancelled due to violation of DER's Terms & Conditions, no refund will be applicable.

3. Event Postponement / Force Majeure In the event of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Daawat-e-Ramzaan Management—including government restrictions, natural disasters, extreme weather, civil unrest, war, public emergencies, venue restrictions or similar unforeseen circumstances—the organizers reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, relocate or modify the event. In case of postponement or rescheduling, the vendor's confirmed booking and payment will be carried forward to the revised event dates and will not be refundable.

4. Important Note Submission of a vendor application does not constitute a stall booking or guarantee participation. Applications are subject to selection and curation by Daawat-e-Ramzaan Management. Payment and stall allotment details will be shared only with selected vendors. Textile and food categories are strictly curation-based, in accordance with the event theme, category mix and overall experience. Submission of an application for these categories does not guarantee selection.
